Thank you Anthony for the amazing 'Lost Mines Ancient Pines' tour yesterday. We have been travelling Tasmania for two weeks and have gone on many tours. The 'Lost Mines Ancient Pines' tour has been our absolute favourite! We loved the tour of the heritage Paragon theatre, exploring ancient forests, and learning all about mining from ages past. We have a great fondness for Queenstown now thanks to this awesome tour and your wonderful hospitality 😊

Finally well enough to spend a little time in the garden this afternoon. It has almost gotten out of hand but thanks to some great friends it is slowly being tidied up again.

Mt Lyell Anchorage shared West Coast Wilderness Railway's photo.

Anthony's tours are so good I now co-manage the company. Call us anytime to book one of our tours and don't forget, if you are booking a train trip, ask for the "Steam/Hydro package". A fabulous day out on Tasmania's West.

We don't let this fine fellow drive the trains, but we do partner with him to help you discover more of the West Coast's incredible industrial heritage. Meet Anthony from Queenstown Tasmania Heritage Tours. Anthony can show you some amazing and mostly secret places, including mine shafts and ghost towns. Start by booking our Steam and Hydro package to follow your Railway trip with a visit to the Lake Margaret Power Station and village. See our website for more. #wcwrtas #history #heritage
